Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Manager on the Technical Enablement Management (TEM) team to lead a distributed APJ TEM group, partner with Sales and Customer Success, and coach TEMs across Asia and ANZ.

You will drive enablement programs, optimize delivery, and build scalable processes to improve customer adoption and ROI. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Training, Presales, Post-Sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience building scalable enablement programs.
• Track record leading and coaching teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement strategy for APJ Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Build demand across the region, keep materials current, and drive usage of the request process.
• Act as the quality gate for incoming work and align demand to business needs.
• Develop sales tools and enablement resources to help internal teams position and sell training.
• Lead, coach and mentor TEMs across APJ with regular 1:1s and performance evaluations.
• Monitor team KPIs (utilization, CSAT, productivity) and optimize workloads.
