ClickHouse, Inc. seeks an Senior People Operations Partner to lead regional People programs and partnerships across the APJ region.

The role connects global people strategies with regional execution to address diverse employment requirements and scalable processes. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Recruiting, and People teams to drive operational readiness, policy compliance, and growth initiatives across multiple markets, including India, Singapore, Australia, and Japan, while focusing

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations within a global, multi-country organization
• Demonstrated experience supporting and driving People initiatives across APJ, ideally including markets such as India, Singapore, Australia, and Japan
• Strong understanding of country-specific employment practices, compliance requirements, and People Operations processes
• Experience supporting international growth and expansion, including entity setup/transitions, new-country launches, or workforce expansion
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional, multi-country initiatives and partner effectively with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and People teams

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Support regional implementation of People programs and initiatives; Support performance management, talent, and compensation processes; Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program execution; Manage regional workstreams for high-impact organizational projects
