Job summary

SonarSource PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager based in Singapore to scale APJ marketing.

The role covers demand generation, field marketing alignment, and localization of sales enablement, with Japanese as a priority and expansion to other languages. You will partner with performance marketing and central teams to drive pipeline and measurable outcomes. You will manage regional programs, coordinate budgets, and deliver data-driven insights while collaborating with regional sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience spanning demand generation and field or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record planning demand gen programs and coordinating paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of APJ market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Experience coordinating localization of web and enablement content, esp. Japanese.
• Proficient with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own regional demand generation: plan and execute APJ programs to drive pipeline.
• Coordinate with performance marketing to brief, launch, and optimize paid programs.
• Support and amplify field marketing: plan and staff events and programs.
• Lead localization of web pages and sales enablement content, Japanese first.
• Optimize regional web presence and SEO/SEM; drive ROI and reporting.
• Drive pipeline and reporting cadence with data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with channel/partner marketing for co-hosted campaigns.
• Collaborate with regional sales, global teams, and web/content teams.
• Willingness to travel within the APJ region.
