Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Manager, APJ Partner Marketing to build the regional partner marketing engine from the ground up. You will recruit partners across distributors, resellers, ISVs, and alliances, adapting global programs for Asia Pacific and Japan, from Singapore and ASEAN to India and ANZ.

You will be remotely from Singapore with 25–30% travel across the APJ region, collaborating daily with regional sales, channel, and field marketing teams to drive pipeline and co-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B partner or channel marketing with APJ scope.
• Experience at enterprise infrastructure or cloud companies.
• Proven ability to adapt global programs locally without headcount.
• Fluency across distributors, VARs, SIs/GSIs and ISVs.

Responsibilities

• Own the APJ partner marketing plan aligned to regional targets.
• Recruit and activate partners through events and campaigns with deal registrations.
• Co-market with priority partners and NVIDIA alliance programs.
• Develop MDF and co-sell programs regionally and measure ROI.
• Coordinate field marketing and sales for regional campaigns.
• Localize messaging for local languages and market dynamics.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline and report performance.
