Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Partner Development Manager for APJ to lead strategic partnerships with key global systems integrators and advisory partners. Drive programs to expand AWS services across the APJ region and collaborate with alliance, partner development, and account teams to unlock value.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in partnerships or related sales/strategy, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years in partnerships management or related sales/strategy.
Proven track record with senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently with limited guidance
Willingness to travel to meet partners and customers

Responsibilities

Manage a set of strategic business development and growth initiatives to support acceleration of APJ's most strategic partnerships.
Establish, build and execute strategic planning, initiatives and run-the-business mechanisms to drive acceleration across the organization.
As the voice of the partner, engage with AWS partner sales and partner core team leaders to support growth by developing new capabilities and services with various AWS teams.
Manage and develop multiple Sales and Partner Leadership stakeholder relationships, relentlessly earning trust by aligning and executing on initiatives that support both sales and partner strategies.
Bar raising document writer, and able to audit/coach broader team on their written documents to accelerate initiatives, and deliver high quality executive engagements.
