Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Singapore is seeking an APJ DevOps and Observability Partner Category Lead to own and drive the end-to-end partner strategy across APJ. You will shape how top technology partners collaborate with AWS to accelerate customer adoption and grow marketplace revenue.

In this high-visibility role you will orchestrate governance, enable field teams, and lead GTM programs across multiple countries, with a strong emphasis on Observability, DevOps, and cloud operations.

Qualifications

3+ years in business development or partnership management.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
5+ years of presenting to executives and senior audiences.
Experience with Observability, DevOps, Monitoring, or Cloud Operations tech.
Experience building operating models and governance across geographies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the APJ DevOps & Observability category partnership strategy, goals, and metrics. Break down the overall goals and metrics into country/area outcomes
Set up partner governance and executive engagement. Establish and run the partnership operating model for DevOps & Observability partners, serving as AWS's primary relationship holder with partners' APJ leadership
Work with cross-functional stakeholders (Area Partner Leaders, Security Category Lead, Data/AI Category Lead, SI Partners, and Sales Leaders) to deliver integrated programs and customer engagements
Enable Area/Country Partner teams to serve as local representatives for DevOps & Observability partnerships
Work back from market signals to identify customer needs and mitigate partnership risks with proactive remediation plans
Track and communicate key metrics. Maintain pipeline visibility and identify and share insights.
