Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking an APJ DevOps and Observability Partner Category Lead to own the end-to-end partner strategy across Asia-Pacific and Japan, driving customer adoption and revenue growth in APJ.

You will orchestrate governance, enable field teams, and work with cross-functional leaders to align executives and partners on strategic initiatives, with a focus on Observability, DevOps, and cloud operations.

Qualifications

3+ years in business development, partnership management, or new business sourcing.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
5+ years of communicating with executive and senior audiences.
Experience with Observability, DevOps, Monitoring, or Cloud Operations tech (log analytics, infrastructure monitoring, AIOps).
Track record of building operating models, governance, and field enablement at scale across geographies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute APJ DevOps & Observability category strategy, goals, and metrics.
Set up partner governance and executive engagement; manage AWS- partner relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver programs and customer engagements.
Enable Area/Country Partner teams as local representatives for DevOps & Observability partnerships.
Identify customer needs from market signals and mitigate partnership risks with remediation plans.
Track and communicate key metrics; maintain pipeline visibility and insights.
