EDB seeks a Senior Director, APJ Channels & Alliances based in Singapore to own and scale the partner business across Asia Pacific and Japan. You will lead a regional team of Partner Managers and drive APJ revenue through distributors, VARs, SIs, hyperscalers, and OEMs.

You will shape long-term partner strategy, invest in the ecosystem, and turn partners into a primary growth engine for EDB Postgres AI across the region. Travel across APJ will be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise software sales, channels and business development.
• 10+ years in channel and alliances roles, incl. multi-country leadership across APJ.
• Proven track record building a partner ecosystem and scaling revenue.
• Deep experience with distributors, VARs, SIs, and hyperscalers.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the APJ channel and alliances revenue target with a track record of partner-driven results.
• Define multi-year APJ partner strategy with market prioritization and investment decisions.
• Build and maintain a robust partner pipeline across SEA, HK, India, ANZ, Japan, North Asia.
• Lead regional Partner Managers and set clear goals and metrics for growth.
• Develop joint GTM plans and co-selling motions with alliance partners.
• Own executive-level relationships with partner leadership across APJ.
