Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking an APJ Frontier Models Category Lead to own the end-to-end partnership strategy with Frontier Model providers across APJ. You will drive revenue growth, customer adoption, and executive governance, coordinating across AI/ML specialists, sales leaders, and partner executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• 5+ years of presenting to executive and senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute APJ partnership strategy, goals and metrics.
• Set up partner governance and executive engagement.
• Build scalable enablement across APJ with country-level working groups and events.
• Collaborate with AI/ML specialists, partner leaders, and sales leaders.
• Enable Area/Country Partner teams with onboarding and enablement sessions.
• Track ARR, TCV, pipeline and maintain visibility.
