Job summary

Tech Data APAC is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Lead for the APJ region to drive the programs, assess risks, and implement policies and training. You will lead investigations, collaborate with Legal, HR and Internal Audit, and promote a strong culture of ethics and compliance across the region.

The role requires legal expertise, strong leadership, and experience in multinational settings, with English fluency and willingness to engage with global compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a law degree and have extensive experience implementing compliance programs.
• English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in multinational corporate environments and global compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in the development and deployment of the Program in the APJ region.
• Maintain and update the Global Code of Conduct and related policies for currency and clarity.
• Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation programs.
• Oversee Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption programs with training and controls.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Legal, HR and other units to resolve compliance matters.
• Lead regional Ethics Advisors and report to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.
• Conduct investigations into suspected Code of Conduct violations and determine actions.
