Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Director, Ethics & Compliance – APAC, based in Singapore, to lead the ethics and compliance function across the APAC region. You will report to the Global Ethics & Compliance Director and guide governance, risk management, investigations and program implementation.

You will develop regional strategy, develop the team, and ensure global requirements are translated into practical controls across diverse markets while building a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Senior ethics and compliance professional with experience in complex multinational environments.
• Experience advising senior leadership on material compliance and integrity matters.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic, business-ready solutions across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ethics & compliance strategy across APAC, aligned with group policies.
• Provide independent, risk-based advice and escalation on material compliance matters.
• Develop and lead regional Ethics & Compliance team with clear priorities.
• Oversee regional risk framework including risk assessments, monitoring and reporting.
• Manage confidential reporting, Speak Up, investigations, governance and remediation.
• Oversee due diligence and risk management relating to third parties and M&A.
• Drive core compliance programs (anti-bribery, competition law, data protection, sanctions).
• Partner with leaders to embed a sustainable culture of integrity.
