Job summary

J.P. Morgan in APAC-Singapore seeks an Associate for Anti-Corruption Compliance to support governance, policy development, advisory, training, and risk assessments across the region. The role collaborates with control functions and lines of business to strengthen the program and drive improvements.

The position reports to the APAC Head of Anti-Corruption Compliance and requires strong communication, analytical能力, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accountancy or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Anti-Corruption Compliance or related compliance role.
• Working knowledge of anti-corruption laws in relevant jurisdictions (US, HK, SG, UK).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Experience developing training materials; proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Demonstrated capability using Copilot/AI-enabled tools and data analytics.
• Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate across business and functional lines.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and oversight of the Anti-Corruption Policy and related procedures.
• Identify innovative solutions and drive enhancements to the Anti-Corruption Compliance program, including governance, monitoring, and controls.
• Manage pre-clearance requests for certain business activities in line with the policy.
• Provide guidance to lines of business and corporate functions on Anti-Corruption matters.
• Assist with corruption-related risk assessments, including expense monitoring and testing support.
• Support reviews of potential employee violations of the Anti-Corruption Policy.
• Deliver Anti-Corruption training and contribute to awareness initiatives across APAC.
• Partner with global and regional Anti-Corruption Compliance colleagues on strategic projects.
• Engage with stakeholders across Anti-Corruption Compliance, Front Office, control functions, and corporate functions.
