Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Singapore seeks a Tech Risk Engagement Lead to steer regulatory engagements and enhance how the firm manages technology controls across APAC. You will shape responses to regulators, oversee audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to align risk posture with business strategy.

The role requires a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of APAC rules (MAS, HKMA, NFRA, RBI, APRA) and a passion for applying innovative technologies like AI to improve 1LOD risk and control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of technology or cybersecurity risk and control management with regulatory compliance focus in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of APAC regulations (MAS, HKMA, NFRA, RBI, APRA, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management, audits, regulators.
• Ability to navigate large organizations and collaborate across teams.
• Interest in applying AI to 1LOD risk and control management.
• Familiarity with industry risk frameworks (COBIT, UCF, CRI).

Responsibilities

• Independently lead APAC cybersecurity and technology regulatory engagements, deliver timely, accurate responses.
• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity and technology risks within 1LOD framework.
• Partner with global teams to conduct risk reviews and control assessments for APAC compliance.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve the 1LOD regulatory risk framework at scale.
• Prepare and present risk reports and governance materials to senior management.
• Lead regulatory engagement transformation initiatives, including AI-driven approaches.
• Serve as domain expert on APAC cybersecurity and technology regulations to inform strategy.
