SALT Talent is seeking an APAC Visa Ops Specialist in Singapore for a 12-month contract with a social media client. You will manage immigration cases end-to-end and collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining process documentation, supporting automation efforts, and ensuring compliance with APAC regulations. This role requires accuracy, discretion with confidential data, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Competenze

• Experience managing immigration or HR operations.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and large datasets.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Mansioni

• Case management of APAC immigration cases end-to-end.
• Collaborate with external immigration vendors for progress and escalation.
• Create and maintain process docs, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Support automation and efficiency initiatives to enhance workflows.
• Maintain accurate case records and perform data entry.
• Track metrics and assist in reporting and compliance.
