Job summary

Bank of America in Singapore is seeking a proactive Global Commercial Banking professional to support APAC subsidiaries of U.S.-headquartered clients. You will collaborate with regional teams to deliver client-focused outcomes, prepare engaging materials, and assist in RFP responses.

You will coordinate with product, implementation, and service teams to ensure timely onboarding and strong client satisfaction while leveraging MS Office and CRM tools to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management or related field.
• Experience in cash management, treasury sales or client relationship management is preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal, and ability to prepare client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Sales Officers in managing APAC subsidiaries of U.S.-headquartered Commercial Banking clients.
• Collaborate with regional APAC treasury sales and Global Commercial Banking teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare client materials, pitches and presentations ensuring clarity and commercial relevance.
• Support responses to RFPs with coordination across product, implementation, service and coverage teams.
• Perform reporting, analysis and business management activities for the team as required.
• Coordinate with implementation and service partners to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client satisfaction.
