Job summary

Bank of America Singapore seeks an Asset Services Associate to support APAC Corporate Actions for equity and fixed income. You will interact with traders, stock loan counterparties and clients, handling notifications, payments, elections and client queries, while supporting daily control tasks and project work within Corporate Actions.

The role demands problem solving, attention to detail and strong stakeholder relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years or more of experience in Corporate Actions or similar scope.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate/Investment Banking within Prime Brokerage/Custody is preferred.
• Ability to prioritise heavy workloads and meet deadlines.
• Independent and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Exposure to data analysis, audit, risk and control functions.
• Flexible approach to work and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing lifecycle of Corporate Actions events on event capture, notification, reconciliation, payment, election management.
• Handling Client/stakeholders queries and breaks investigation and resolution.
• Supporting the day to day control tasks within the teams.
• Participate in project, initiatives and control work within the Corporate Action department.
