Job summary

Bank of America in Singapore is seeking a Regional Dedicated Service Director to lead regional client service delivery and coordination of treasury and cash management solutions for key clients. The role emphasizes exceptional service, cross-country collaboration, and proactive risk management.

You will partner with Corporate Banking, Sales, Product, Operations, Service and Tech to ensure seamless onboarding, deliver value-added servicing, and drive client satisfaction across Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management required.
• 10+ years in client services with treasury/cash management delivery.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Asia/global environments with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
• Proficient with bank systems and web platforms.
• Able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
