Job summary

Join LEGO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore as a Supply Chain Specialist.

You will leverage data analytics to optimize the APAC transportation network, enhance freight performance, and support data-driven supply chain decisions across a complex regional network. Responsibilities include tracking shipment milestones, partnering with carriers, and delivering actionable insights to cross-functional teams. You’ll monitor KPIs, prepare regular reports, and help drive continuous improvements and cost

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in APAC transportation operations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end shipment visibility across the APAC transportation network and identify risks early.
Collaborate with carriers and logistics providers to resolve delays and improve performance.
Provide updates and insights to multiple teams on shipment status and risks.
Analyze transportation exceptions to identify root causes and drive improvements.
Monitor KPIs such as freight spend, lead time, and service reliability.
Generate regular transportation performance reports and forecasts for planning.
Support capacity planning and tender processes with data-driven analysis.
