Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in APAC transportation operations
- Experience in ocean freight and carrier management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Understanding of freight management and logistics KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and continuous improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end shipment visibility across the APAC transportation network
- Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to resolve delays and improve performance
- Provide proactive updates and insights to supply chain, customer service, planning, and commercial teams
- Analyze recurring transportation exceptions and implement process improvements
- Monitor KPIs: freight spend, cost per shipment, lead time, delivery accuracy, reliability
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly transportation performance reports
- Provide weekly shipment volume forecasts to freight forwarders
- Monitor performance against contracts and SLAs
- Support carrier reviews, tenders, and network optimization initiatives
- Contribute analytical insights to improve transportation performance and freight spend
