Job summary

The LEGO Group in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support Accounts Receivable operations across APAC. You will ensure invoicing, reconciliation, settlement, and financial control activities are delivered accurately and on time for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business operations.

You will help improve processes enabling the business to scale, collaborate with Senior Account Managers, auditors, and Order-to-Cash partners, and contribute to standardized, scalable growth

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Finance or Accounts Receivable operations.
• Experience in projects that drive process simplification and led implementations regionally/globally.
• Performed platform reconciliations and settlements for e-commerce or retail businesses.
• Managed B2B and intercompany invoicing processes.
• Worked with credit notes, debit notes, and invoice validation activities.
• Used SAP and Microsoft Office at an experienced level.
• Coordinated audit requests and stakeholder interactions within finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate invoicing, credit/debit notes, and intercompany processes.
• Strengthen financial controls across growing direct-to-consumer operations.
• Maintain reliable reconciliation and settlement across platforms.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and efficiencies in the region.
