is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to optimize APAC transportation operations through data analytics, improve freight performance, and support data-driven decisions across a dynamic regional network. The role requires a Bachelor's in SCM/Logistics or related field, 5+ years in transportation or analytics, advanced Excel, and expertise in Power BI/Tableau, with strong stakeholder management and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics.
Certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or Data Analytics are advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in APAC transportation operations.
Experience in ocean freight and carrier management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Understanding of freight management and logistics KPIs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end shipment visibility across the APAC transportation network by monitoring milestones and risks.
Partner with carriers and logistics providers to investigate delays and drive corrective actions.
Provide updates and insights to supply chain, service, planning, and commercial teams on status and risks.
Analyze transportation exceptions to identify root causes and improve processes.
Monitor KPIs including freight spend, cost per shipment, and delivery accuracy.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly transportation performance reports.
Provide weekly shipment volume forecasts to freight forwarders for planning.
Monitor performance against contracts and SLAs.
Support carrier reviews, tenders, and network optimization projects.
