Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific is seeking a capable coordinator to support Terumo Interventional Systems and Medical Affairs in Singapore. You will help manage events, workshops, meetings and trainings across the region, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution.

In addition, you will provide admin support to business units, handle travel and scheduling, document management, and office support for leaders. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
• Minimum 3 years in business/ marketing coordination or business support.
• Experience in a matrix organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events with Terumo Asia Pacific across TAP countries and external partners.
• Provide admin support including travel, scheduling, expense management and file handling.
• Provide office assistant support to Business Unit and Medical Affairs leaders.
