Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing communications experience in a medical device company.

• Strong team orientation with flexibility to contribute beyond core responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel across APAC for education and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and clinical education across the Asia-Pacific region with healthcare professionals, distributors, and commercial teams.
• Take ownership of the Erbe Academy at the German Centre in Singapore, managing a training facility and ensuring equipment readiness and utilization.
• Deliver hands-on workshops and frequent small-group trainings for visiting APAC healthcare professionals.
• Design and implement innovative learning programmes combining classroom, digital, and practical training approaches.
• Collaborate with international teams, clinicians, and industry experts to advance medical education and patient care.
