Job summary

Easmed in Singapore seeks a Regional Professional Education Manager to drive clinical education and product knowledge across Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with Sales, Clinical Applications, Marketing and BD to improve engagement, adoption and outcomes for Inspire Therapy while expanding regional partnerships and education programs.

• Experience leading regional education or training programs in healthcare.
• Proven ability to build external trainer networks and KOLs.
• Ability to translate clinical data into education strategies.
• Experience developing digital learning resources and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional professional education aligned with business and clinical priorities.
• Develop EDGE-branded programmes including workshops and learning journeys.
• Establish education standards, scalable frameworks and quality metrics.
• Build KOL faculty, train internal teams, and support adoption across markets.
• Drive implementation plans with timelines, owners and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor competency, adoption, impact and continuously improve education processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and BD to align education with market needs.
