Virtu Financial, Inc. is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist to support client bookings and reporting for equities trading across the Asia Pacific region.

The role involves handling clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of trades, working with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, custodians, and clients to ensure timely settlement and accurate records. Candidates with up to 2 years in finance back office, strong English communication, and analytical problem-solving skills will excel.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years’ work experience in finance back office functions.
• Experience with Australia market will be a huge plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate systems.
• Willingness to work early shift hours (Sydney timezone).
• Familiar with MS Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support client bookings and reporting for equities trading across APAC.
• Manage clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of trades and positions.
• Collaborate with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, custodians, and clients.
• Assist in automating and strengthening operations workflows.
• Represent the firm with external parties under pressure to perform.
