Job summary

Syfe, APAC's leading digital wealth platform, is seeking an Operations Associate to join the growing team in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day operations including trades, settlements, and fund flows while reconciling internal books with external vendors.

The role also involves identifying process improvements and strengthening vendor relationships to support scalable growth. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of operations experience, strong Excel skills, and a meticulous, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates must be Singapore citizens, PR, or hold a valid work pass.
• 2–4 years of relevant operations experience at a bank, asset manager or financial institution; fresh graduates welcome.
• Prior experience with trade settlement processes including custodians & vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day trade and cash processing, settlement, corporate actions processing & reconciliation.
• Identify process improvements and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain vendor and inter-department relationships.
• Conduct due diligence on new and existing clients and review client documentation.
