Job summary

S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD is seeking an APAC Tender Management Manager (Air & Ocean) based in Singapore to coordinate day-to-day pricing submissions for multinational accounts across APAC.

You will lead cross-functional tender projects, align regional teams, and ensure timely, compliant responses for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Cross-Border express solutions. Fluent English and Chinese proficiency are required to collaborate with gateway hubs in China and regional desks.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Tender Management or Freight Pricing.
• Knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Express buying/selling structures.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data cleansing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Tender Coordination & Sales Support: align regional teams, gather inputs, ensure timely submissions.
• Data Management & Rate Synthesis: format, consolidate, and cleanse rate sheets for regional response.
• Internal Operations & HQ Liaison: coordinate with China gateway/network teams; bilingual communication as needed.
• Performance Tracking & Database Maintenance: keep tender logs and RFP libraries up to date.
