Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Singapore is seeking a Pricing & Tender Specialist to support end-to-end tender activities across the APAC region. The role analyzes pricing data, coordinates internal stakeholders, and ensures competitive, accurate and timely tender submissions, collaborating with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, pricing analysis, tender management or related logistics functions is preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance welcomed.
• Experience supporting APAC tenders or RFQs would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end tender activities across the APAC region, including RFPs and RFQs.
• Assist in preparing pricing matrices, proposal documentation and submission materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather operational, commercial and pricing information.
• Analyze transportation and logistics cost structures to support pricing recommendations.
• Consolidate and validate pricing inputs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
