Job summary

CRANE WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pricing & Tender Specialist to support tender submissions across the APAC region.

You will work with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Operations to develop competitive customer proposals aligned with business capabilities. You will analyze transportation and logistics costs, prepare pricing matrices, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, pricing analysis, tender management or related logistics functions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end tender activities across APAC with RFPs & RFQs.
• Prepare pricing matrices, proposal docs and submission materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather pricing information.
• Maintain pricing databases and tender documentation.
• Assist in post-tender analysis and share insights.
