Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Pricing & Tender Specialist to support the preparation and submission of pricing proposals and tender responses across the APAC region. The role involves analyzing pricing data, coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Operations, and ensuring timely, competitive submissions.

The candidate will work with internal teams to develop customer proposals aligned with business strategy and operational capabilities, handling pricing matrices,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, pricing analysis, tender management or related logistics functions.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting RFQs or tenders is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end tender activities across the APAC region.
• Prepare pricing matrices, proposal documentation and submission materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for tender submissions.
• Analyze transportation and distribution cost structures to support pricing recommendations.
• Contribute to post-tender analysis and share insights for continuous improvement.
