Job summary

BVNK is hiring an Implementation Manager in Singapore to lead customer onboarding onto the BVNK platform after commercial close. You will coordinate API integrations, webhooks, testing, and production go-live, guiding customers through technical deployment with cross-functional teams.

In this role you’ll drive plans, mitigate risks, ensure scope alignment, and maintain momentum toward successful launches while delivering clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication and data flows.
• Experience in technical implementation, delivery or customer-facing tech project management.
• Knowledge of payments infrastructure; experience with digital assets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from handoff through production go-live.
• Plan milestones, dependencies, responsibilities and target launch dates.
• Lead implementation kickoffs and establish governance for delivery.
• Guide integration with BVNK APIs, webhooks, authentication and payment infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices during implementation.
• Coordinate testing, sandbox integration, configuration, certification, and production launch.
• Be the primary coordination point between customers and BVNK teams.
• Work with Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations and others to resolve blockers.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate as needed.
• Identify risks and establish mitigation plans.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage changes to scope and ensure proper assessment.
• Ensure implementations meet BVNK standards before launch.
• Create repeatable processes, playbooks and documentation.
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering and Solutions Engineering.
• Conduct structured post-launch handoff to ongoing owner.
