Job summary

J.P. Morgan, a global leader in financial services, seeks a Technology Risk Engagement Lead to steer APAC cybersecurity and technology regulatory engagements.

You will coordinate inspections, audits, and regulatory responses, aligning them with the firm’s risk appetite while collaborating with 1LOD/2LOD teams. You will build senior management insights, drive risk assessments, and explore AI-enabled controls enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity, data science or related field.
• 5+ years in technology/cybersecurity risk and control management for financial services.
• Experience leading a team in a regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of APAC regulations (MAS, HKMA, RBI, APRA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC cybersecurity and technology regulatory engagement activities with timely, accurate responses.
• Identify, assess and manage cybersecurity and technology risks within 1LOD framework.
• Collaborate with global risk/control functions to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve the 1LOD regulatory, risk and control framework at scale.
• Prepare risk reports and governance materials for senior management.
• Lead transformation opportunities in regulatory engagement using AI.
