Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in policy, regulation, technology or cybersecurity domains
• Proven track record leading policy programs and coordinating with regulators and industry bodies
• Strong analytical ability to assess regulatory changes and impacts
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of explaining complex issues to non-technical audiences
• Experience translating between technical SMEs and policymakers in cybersecurity/tech risk

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Technology and Cybersecurity Policy and Partnerships team and global operating model
• Develop strategies to advance policy priorities across APAC jurisdictions
• Assist regional information security officers in regulatory and public policy awareness
• Monitor regional developments and inform global technology and cybersecurity strategies
• Analyze regulatory developments and inform policy and advocacy
• Collaborate with Government Relations, Compliance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
• Represent JPMorgan Chase in government consultations, industry forums, and policy initiatives
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to synthesize regulatory developments and draft risk reports
• Promote AI-assisted, reusable policy/control framework maintenance with human review
