Job summary

AIG APAC Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated IT Regulatory Compliance professional to drive regulatory assessments, action plans and issue tracking across APAC. You will work closely with IT, risk and country teams to ensure controls meet evolving regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with strong cyber/IT risk experience, excellent communication, and leadership skills to coordinate between stakeholders and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with experience in cyber and technology risk, control, and governance.
• Strong problem-solving and risk skills.
• Understanding of cyber and IT risk principles and best practices.
• Ability to oversee multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory assessments for new or updated IT regulations and identify gaps.
• Draft action plans and assign ownership to remediate gaps; obtain senior leadership approval.
• Monitor action plans and escalate when issues arise; coordinate regulatory inquiries for tech and cyber.
• Partner with IT and global TRC to assess controls and draft root-cause corrective actions.
• Moderate monthly TRC Zone & Country forums; prepare meetings and follow up on actions.
• Assist with risk acceptance and KRIs; document issues and review with stakeholders.
