Job summary

Francisco Partners is looking for an APAC Compliance Lead in Singapore responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across APAC entities. The role includes overseeing risk management activities and serving as a key contact for regulatory authorities, providing strategic guidance on compliance issues such as ABAC and payments regulation.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, and the ability to manage various compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in compliance roles within APAC, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Expertise in third-party due diligence, sanctions, and risk management.
• Solid understanding of AML/CTF, modern slavery, and supply chain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance across APAC entities, including oversight of outsourced compliance and risk functions.
• Act as the primary liaison with APAC regulatory agencies.
• Lead and manage Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption programs.
