Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a seasoned IT Governance, Risk and Compliance leader to oversee APAC controls, risk assessments and remediation programs. The role ensures standardized processes across the region, aligns with audit expectations, and drives continuous improvement in control effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in IT governance/risk within financial contexts and holds a related Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT governance, risk and compliance frameworks, controls within banking/ financial institution.
• Experience in governance, risk, compliance or IT infrastructure/service operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain APAC technology governance, accountabilities and escalation paths.
• Embed risk-aware practices into daily technology operations and remediate control weaknesses.
• Ensure readiness for audits, control reviews, and penetration tests with timely evidence.
• Standardize key technology processes and controls across APAC while supporting local needs.
• Address local requirements and improve service delivery and remediation progress.
