Job summary

TP ICAP, a world-leading market infrastructure provider, is seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across APAC. You will partner with brokers, operations, compliance and technology teams to deliver strategic changes that enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Technology PMO, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, define requirements, create specifications, and oversee budgets, risks and releases while driving continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business change initiatives and technology projects within brokerage, capital markets, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of trading workflows, trade lifecycle processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Agile project delivery experience; SAFe, CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP or equivalent preferred.
• Strong business analysis and process modelling skills with tools like Visio and UML.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, budgeting, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, system enhancements, and strategic change initiatives across APAC.
• Partner with brokers, trading desks, operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams to understand business requirements and develop effective technology solutions.
• Analyse business processes and operational issues, document requirements, and produce clear functional and technical specifications.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, testing, user acceptance, and production releases.
• Coordinate cross-functional technology teams to ensure successful project execution and adherence to internal governance and change management processes.
• Support the ongoing operation of business-critical applications and assist in the resolution of production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls, client service, and regulatory compliance.
