Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead APAC and global IT programs, acting as the APAC representative for initiatives like HR systems and data platforms.

You will support the Global IT Project Manager, coordinate across APAC countries, manage risks, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations, and ensure governance and security compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Finance, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in program/project management in data, analytics, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience leading regional or global programs across APAC.
• Strong exposure to senior stakeholder management including executives and country heads.
• Experience in business change management, requirement alignment, and adoption.
• Background in regulated industries such as banking or financial services preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as APAC IT representative for global initiatives such as HR systems and data platforms.
• Support Global IT Project Manager in planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Define and maintain APAC project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate IT delivery across multiple APAC countries and entities.
• Monitor progress and manage risks, issues, and mitigations.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for regional and global stakeholders.
• Oversee APAC activities for system integrations, data migration, and security controls.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory, data privacy, and security requirements.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities across APAC.
• Support regional change management, communications, and training coordination.
