Job summary

Amazon Leo is building a network of ground infrastructure for a satellite broadband initiative. The Senior Tech Business Developer will lead land acquisition and entitlement efforts in South Asia, coordinating with internal teams to contract with vendors and ensure compliant due diligence.

The role requires negotiating complex agreements, managing cross-functional programs, and engaging with executives to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead land acquisition and entitlement efforts for ground infrastructure locations in South Asia and other locations on the continent.
• Work with internal stakeholders to contract with and manage vendors, and ensure all contract and due diligence requirements are completed.
• Solicit and evaluate proposals for site acquisition services and select top tier vendors to execute strategy.
• Negotiate key contracts from a technical perspective from beginning to end including strategy development, business terms and legal review.
• Onboard vendors and oversee vendor activities from site candidate search to construction hand-off.
