ClickHouse, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Management Architect to join our Support Services team. You will collaborate with strategic customers on onboarding, production launches, and POCs, while providing architectural guidance and leading escalations.

This role blends consultative support with TAM responsibilities in a global, distributed environment, with travel up to 35% as needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in TAM/Professional Services, deep DBMS knowledge, and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or PM roles.
• 5+ years implementing and operating scalable distributed DBMS.
• Breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, Kubernetes, Linux/Unix, and big data.
• Led large-scale technical projects with engineers.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Onboard production launches and POCs with strategic users.
• Provide architectural, technical, and migration guidance.
• Lead projects, escalations, and meetings for success.
• Own L3 support cases and escalations with L1/L2 teams.
• Collaborate with PM, Eng, and Sales to shape roadmaps.
• Deliver 24x7 support in a global, distributed environment.
• Assist hiring and mentoring new team members.
• Develop docs and knowledge base.
