Job summary

LEGO Group's APAC Finance team seeks an APAC FP&A Finance Manager to drive forecasting, reporting and governance across the APAC Market Group. You’ll lead regional financial estimates, own performance reporting and forecasting, and partner with senior stakeholders to turn insights into action.

Based in Singapore with a hybrid rhythm, you’ll work across Finance, Business Units and regional leaders to improve investment effectiveness and support deployment of new finance, sales and marketing

Qualifications

• Led financial estimating and forecasting processes for a business, market group or region.
• Delivered monthly P&L performance reporting, executive-level reporting and financial analysis.
• Influenced senior commercial and operational stakeholders across markets, preparing and presenting financial performance insights that have shaped decision making.
• Drove completion of planning, forecasting or reporting activities across teams to agreed deadlines.
• Created executive-level materials that translated financial performance into clear management insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC FP&A activities to measure, report and shape financial performance across the APAC Market Group.
• Own regional financial estimate processes, performance reporting and forecasting.
• Partner with Finance, Business Units and senior stakeholders to deliver insight and strengthen governance.
• Support deployment of new finance, sales and marketing tools across units.
• Ensure governance and compliant ways of working across regional and local requirements.
