Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager on a one-year contract to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Asia Talent Readiness programme across APAC. You will work with APAC leadership, Global Centres of Excellence and local HR teams to align strategy with execution and measurable outcomes.

You will coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams, drive governance and reporting, and partner with business leaders to scale Talent & Organization Readiness across markets, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

Several years of programme or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development or Transformation programmes.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, senior executives and cross-functional teams across markets and cultures.
Strong planning, organization and execution skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills with capability to translate data into insights and executive-ready reporting.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and navigate ambiguity within matrix organisations.
High ownership mindset, resilience and execution bias.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations, dashboards and reporting.
Experience supporting executive governance forums or Steering Committees preferred.
Experience across APAC markets or a global matrix organisation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programme management of the Asia Talent Readiness initiative, delivery against objectives, timelines, milestones, risks and success measures.
Act as the programme integrator across Talent Readiness workstreams, aligning priorities and governance.
Coordinate multiple strategic workstreams including succession planning, leadership pipeline development and organisation design.
Drive governance and executive reporting, preparing Steering Committee materials and dashboards.
Partner with business leaders, People Partners and Global Centres of Excellence to enable cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and maintain programme plans, risk registers, dependency tracking and action logs.
Support talent and organizational analytics to inform leadership discussions.
Coordinate communications and change management activities to drive engagement.
Continuously improve programme effectiveness and scalability across markets.
Play lead role in scaling the Talent Readiness approach under Plan 30 Strategy deployment.
