Job summary

Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, seeks a Senior Talent Management Specialist / Assistant Manager to lead regional talent initiatives across APAC. You will shape performance management cycles, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement while partnering with HR leaders to translate priorities into practical programmes.

You will design and implement programmes, measure impact, and explore AI and digital tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and people

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
Approximately 5 years of relevant Talent Management, Learning & Development, or OD experience.
Experience in regional or multinational environments is advantageous.
Ability to translate business needs into practical programmes and initiatives.
Experience facilitating workshops or learning sessions.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end talent management processes, including performance management and calibration.
Assist talent strategy, frameworks, and succession planning aligned with business priorities.
Coordinate learning plans, vendors, budgets, and delivery of development programmes.
Monitor engagement, gather feedback, and analyse data for action planning.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and insights.
