Job summary

10X Genomics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC region. You will partner with business leaders to identify and hire top talent across Commercial, Operations, R&D, and G&A to shape the organization’s future.

Your role involves building pipelines from scratch, engaging candidates in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while aligning with global recruiting standards.

Qualifications

• English and Japanese proficiency is essential; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing roles across Commercial, G&A, Operations, and R&D.
• Experience in proactive primary research and building pipelines from scratch.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Architect our Talent Engine and support APAC recruitment operations.
• Partner with business leaders to build robust pipelines across Commercial, Operations, R&D and G&A.
• Source talent using English, Japanese, and Mandarin; conduct proactive outreach.
• Define and improve regional recruiting processes aligned with global policies.
• Manage regional immigration support and onboarding for international hires.
