Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Executive Sourcing Manager to identify and engage senior leaders across Asia Pacific. You will partner with Executive Recruiters and business leaders to build pipelines for Partner-level hires, using market intelligence and innovative sourcing.

You will lead talent mapping, develop creative sourcing strategies, and coach recruiters on advanced search techniques to deliver exceptional candidate experiences across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Executive search, leadership recruiting, or senior talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and research expertise in technology, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience engaging and influencing VP, Partner, and C-suite talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Cross-border Executive Recruitment experience in APAC is highly desirable.

• Present market insights and research findings to senior stakeholders across APAC markets.
