Responsibilities

• Architect Talent Engine: manage recruiting operations in APAC.
• Cross-Functional Impact: partner with leaders across Commercial, Operations, R&D, and G&A.
• Regional Sourcing: engage talent in English, Japanese, Mandarin.
• Build & Optimise: define regional processes aligned with global policies.
• Immigration Support: local visa/immigration expertise for APAC.
