Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Typically 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years TA leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading regional or multi-market recruitment in APAC.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with TA assessment and selection tools to recruit top talent.
• Proven ability to use recruiting data and insights to drive decisions.
• Experience managing recruiting operations, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong people-leadership, coaching, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC talent acquisition strategy and delivery across APAC.
• Manage and develop TA team members, fostering strong performance and growth.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to provide guidance on hiring needs and market insights.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across APAC, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience across APAC markets.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and analytics to improve speed, quality, and cost of hire.
• Oversee and coach recruiters and team members for capability building.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations across APAC.
