Job summary

Gates Corporation is seeking a data-driven Talent Acquisition professional to partner with business leaders across APAC. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, translate hiring data into insights, and drive quality and efficiency in talent acquisition initiatives.

The ideal candidate will leverage cross-cultural collaboration, ATS expertise, and market intelligence to support workforce planning, campus initiatives, and diversity hiring programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, APAC focus in multinational settings preferred.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment and key TA metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment for APAC across multiple roles.
• Analyze sourcing channel effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality of hire; produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with regional HRBPs and business units on workforce planning and employer branding.
