Job summary

Tate & Lyle in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Manager & Project Lead for ASEANI to join the APAC Global Operations team and drive end-to-end supply chain leadership with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will partner with regional functions, manage a small team in Thailand and Indonesia, oversee cost-saving initiatives, and deliver measurable performance gains while embedding data‑driven decision making and regulatory compliance across Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering from a reputable university.
• 8+ years in supply chain roles with regional/global exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional CI projects and cost reductions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply strategy for ASEANI region, balancing cost, service and risk.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC).
• Partner with IT to embed ERP, data analytics and Power BI into improvements.
• Manage a small regional team across Thailand and Indonesia and mentor staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations in APAC.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and Operations to align with business goals.
