Job summary

Bosch ASEAN seeks an APAC Logistics Analyst to drive data-driven improvements across the region, optimizing costs and ensuring reliable operations in multiple countries. You will analyze shipments, manage claims with forwarders, and build dashboards to track KPIs using Excel and Power BI.

The role combines reporting, vendor coordination, and process digitization, with emphasis on OTD, freight cost analytics, and standardizing processes across APAC.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and process mindset.

Responsibilities

• Logistics / Transportation damage and claim follow-up.
• Follow up with freight forwarders based on updates on open claims.
• Reporting & Carrier management support.
• Collect shipment reports, measure KPIs for on-time delivery, cost and efficiency (Air, Sea, Overland).
• Track freight costs, audit invoices and detect discrepancies.
• Build dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI).
• Identify trends, bottlenecks and root causes of logistics issues.
• Support APAC monthly/quarterly performance reviews with scorecards.
• Support RFQs/RFPs, aligning with Bosch Service Catalogue/MOP format.
• Process improvement and digitalization; standardize processes across APAC.
